I’m not sure of the frequency involved but since there are three separate cables it is possible that a different length on the blue cable could slow down or speed up the signal enough to mask the problem.
Your monitor has 5 BNC connectors, and can thus accept separate sync. Especially since your video card generates separate sync. It will help you just as much as wrapping a rubber band around the video cable.

IF this monitor is going to work at all, what you need is a video cable with 5 BNC connectors on one end, and a HD15 connector on the other.
